Quite the weekend, the weather cooperated, my meds cooperated mostly, rode a bit and hardly any grief with family and friends. I even got about 8 dives in with Mer, Kelly and Sean to boot.

GLUE members spent Monday evening doing line maintenance out by the Ducks Islands and we even got to enjoy a flat lake. So life was good, We had to even fill a boat for the Deck Ape to keep the spirit alive and well in Kingston. Now it’s back to the grind as my chest cold and lung infection is finally gone.

This was the last picture I took coming out of the water from the weekend, it features Sean and the Seaducer as the sun came down.

The only charity I belong to now in Kingston is the Canadian Army Veterans(CAV) motorcycle unit, and last night The membership donated $745.00 at bike night. Total collected is as follows;

Rona Credit = $500
RCHA =$1000
Bike Night =$745

Total collected =$2245.00

Bud is a vet that just recently had his leg amputated due to Diabetes and had no funding to build a wheel chair ramp to his home, the CAV stepped up like usual and assisted in raising funds for him. As you can see from the break down others in town did the same and now Bud is able to get around more easier. KUDOS to all involved.

New med dose and a few rough days at first but today was almost semi-normal except those around me are back at it. Quite the weekend with some discover scubas, some diving, some riding and lots of sun.

I even took over a 100 pics this long weekend and another 40 underwater with my new lens. The shot above was taken with it, the old wide angle lens I had wouldn’t be able to take this shot with out great difficulty.

I even spent Sunday fixing a line for POW finishing mostly up what Harold had done in prepared for the SM Douglas.
